Cassandra began dancing in 2008 while studying Nutrition & Nutraceutical Sciences at the University of Guelph. While initially known for her Caribbean Fusion style inspired by her Jamaican heritage, she also focused on Raks Sharki and went on to develop her signature style in both genres. She is known for the energy she brings to her performances and teaching, strong technique, fluid musicality, and her genuine love of dance. Through years of consistency and dedication to dance, she has built a strong online following with over 3 million followers across Youtube, Instagram & Facebook. She teaches and performs internationally, online as well as  locally. She has been the house dancer at Tholos restuarant in Blue Mountain Village since 2012.

Cassandra has a passion for sewing, a skill passed down from her grandmother Zoe. She committed  herself to evolving her skills and now makes her own costumes. She was motivated to create costumes that were unique, suited to her style, and comfortable to move freely in as to have full expression and range of movement while dancing.  She currently resides near Penetanguishene, Ontario, with her husband, son, and 3 cats.
